That's the plan, anyway. I totally enjoyed reading it again. And the author's dry humor does make one snicker. There's no suspense, of course, since you know how it ends, but it was interesting to read all the details of how they prepared the body, prepared the documents he would carry, not just the ones with the (false) military intelligence but also those that made the man seem genuine. Fortunately it's a fairly short book (it took me over two months to read only because it was the book I kept in the car to read when I was waiting somewhere), otherwise it might have gotten somewhat tedious to read in spite of the interesting subject. So interesting to read the first hand account of Operation Mincemeat. This is a great story well told by the man who lived it. Awesome spy book, and delightfully readable.I decided to read this after reading "Operation Mincemeat". The man who never belongs. With Clifton Webb, Gloria Grahame, Robert Flemyng, Josephine Griffin. I just found out it's one of the original 1953 publishing...sort of cool. I am looking for a poem that I read in high school, which I believe is fairly famous.
