From the guy who brought you Knocked Up and The 40-Year-Old Virgin comes SUPERBAD. Cera's reserved, deadpan delivery works to great comedic affect in this movie. Seth (Jonah Hill) and Evan (Michael Cera) want nothing more than to lose their virginity before they head off to college. 5 stars for the film itself. Superbad isn't the same kind of movie, but it does offer a similar feeling as Dazed does. There's too much hilarious content to explain, so just go watch it, please do, you won't regret it.

I could quite easily and unregrettedly say that Superbad is my favourite comedy movie of all time. I remember this from back in the day. I suspect it will be just as funny in another decade.
Best part of the movie is when the guy is shooting stop sign with the cops and the neighbors call the cops on the cops. I am by no means a moral judger and I have enjoyed a lot of silly movies with teenage humor - such as the American Pie movies and White Castle. I suspect it will be just as funny in another decade. To do that, though, they need to get liquor for the big party that night. If you liked the 40-Year-Old Virgin, you will love SuperBad as well.
