I will say that mesh chairs like Aeron are easier to keep clean though at least in my personal opinion. Some options I am considering are the Gesture and Leap. With the Think, it only took a minute to find the right settings, and I haven’t changed them in the past 2 ½ years. The chair’s back support exceeded expectations, but unfortunately, its stiff fabric cushions made this chair uncomfortable. Earning the Best Buy Award, the Steelcase Series 1 is a decent all-around chair that won't break the bank compared to the top products.
Steelcase Leap V2 vs Gesture I'm looking into buying a nice office chair and I've narrowed it down to either the Steelcase Leap V2 and the Steelcase Gesture.
Having said that, all three are fantastic designs, and you’ll find a lot to like here. Steelcase requires that the Leap is returned in the original packaging and in new condition. I'm 90kg and 192cm tall so my options are limited. The Gesture to me felt like it contoured my back a bit more, but it wasn't as firm and supportive as my Leap. So it all comes down to your requirements and what expectations.
If it were maybe 100 bucks cheaper I’d definitely be very pleased with it but at the current price of around 400, its an okay purchase.
