Strike - Season 1 is excellent, does the author proud I'd expect Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2018 Excellent adaptation of the C.B. (Season One) After receiving a gruesome package, Strike and Robin look into suspects from Strike's past. The mysteries are somewhat simplified from the books, but that was probably unavoidable, and the best part of the novels-- the compelling lead characters and the way they develop over the course of the story-- is very well represented here. Robin gets key information from a salesgirl at the boutique Lula visited. Strike Season 4 C.B. Strike 4X1 C.B. It is that good. My only real complaint is that Season 1 is so short-- 7 episodes is not enough! Excellent adaptation of the C.B.
(Season One) Strike investigates an author's disappearance; Robin is caught between Strike and her fiance. With strong writing, production and the fine performance of it's cast, CB Strike has quickly become one of my favorite shows and look forward to seeing more.

It is done perfectly. Holliday Grainger is a delightful and engaging Robin Ellacott. Absolutely loved this show. However, her brother has his doubts, and calls in private investigator Cormoran Strike to look into the case. 'The Cuckoo's Calling: Part 2.'
